Generally we have been happy shopping at this Safeway. After Googling drive in pickup we decided to use this service. We placed a $300+ order and all went well until we got on our bank account and saw a separate charge for $30. Be aware even though the app said drive in pickup charges were free with orders over $30 we still got charged. We will not be using this service again.

Teresa has a bad attitude In Safeway in Rehoboth Beach I'm very sad this used to be my favorite store employees were always nice but met Teresa today nasty no matters and no class. She asked me to move at checkout myself cause she wanted to sweep the floor so I moved and then she right there under feet at a another terminal and then I turn around and she there sweep under my feet said I'm not moving again she told me I didn't have to but keep sweep right there under my feet. Maybe Teresa should sweep when there is no in there so no one is her way. I have never seen the employee sweeping while it's busy. Then when I needed assistance she was just ingnore me. When asked for help she was very rude. I travel a far distance to come the Safeway in Rehoboth Beach because it was nice but I think I will think twice before coming back do to this store due to my experience today with Teresa very unprofessional and that makes me really sad. Makes me think I should have shopped in the Amce. She me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcomed. I know no really cares. I guess Rehoboth Beach Safeway is like Dover now.

I was never disrespected in a grocery store before. I went to the deli. The woman behind the counter was slicing. I walked away came back she was still slicing. I waited until she turned around she said I'll be with you in a moment. Ok. A moment is like 2 mins. I was standing there for 10 while she proceeded to slice and talk among another co worker while they could have waited on me. They dint. I finally said excess me. Is someone going to wait on me.She turned around with an attitude and said I said I will be with you in a moment. Well, at that point I said you need to stop slicing meat cause she had stickers on her. I'm assuming they were for a witter that nobody else was standing there except me.So you should have taken my order.And waited on me as a customer.So then she got really loud and started talking about me to another coworker.While i'm standing there that is very unprofessional, and she continued to keep talking as I was walking away, they did not offer to help me nothing very rude and unprofessional

OHHH WOWWWW THE BEST SERVING EVER, GREAT PRODUCTS, A LOTS OF DIFFERENT OPTIONS AND A GREAT VARIETY OF VEGETABLES 😁😁😁 FOR LESS THAN WHAT ARE YOU THINKING 😜😜😜 ALSO THE STORE IS SUPER CLEAN AND VERY ORGANIZED

I regularly shop at the Safeway in Rehoboth, DE, and it’s always a great experience. The store has just about everything I need, from fresh produce to a well-stocked meat and seafood department that always has the cuts I want. The bakery is decent, though not exceptional, and the deli area is solid as well. The staff is friendly and helpful when needed, and the store is clean and organized, just like you'd expect from a typical Safeway. Self-checkout is quick and efficient, making the whole shopping experience smooth. One minor downside is that the flower area often doesn't have anyone working there, but overall, it's a great store. It’s also conveniently located right off Highway One in the heart of Rehoboth, making it easy to get in and out. Unless of course it’s a mid summer day and the traffic is horrible. Hours are 6 am to 10 pm every day, which is very convenient. Highly recommend!
